Most of my working life has been in service. At 18 I served in various restaurants in Ottawa. Spent three winters work trading in Costa Rica for a mini jungle resort, serving, cooking. Third season work trading I started my own juice bar, Juice Lab to provide a service that vibrated with my strong interests in health/nutrition. Passed on to Colin Dolan, returned to Ottawa, worked briefly for The Wild Oat/ The Green Door Restaurant. I was called to work for a summer at The New Life Retreat in Lanark as a Vegetarian and Living Foods Cook, where I still contract. Developed Personal Cooking Services for a few clients in the Glebe, while catering. I am currently self-employed with various Natural Foods Servies and contracts. Argentina and Costa Rica are latest travels. Experienced farms, beaches, natural wonders. I wish to support myself through the application of my gifts, talents and interests. Familiar, friendly face with a large circle of respected friends of all ages. My purpose and passion-to provide service to those in need emphasizing healthy living while respecting our earth and each other.
